Cancellation charges will be effective from the date of request from the guest (via mail/phone) Charges are as follows:
+ 45 days or more prior to arrival date – 15%
+ 15 days or prior to arrival date – 50%
Less than 7 days prior to arrival date – No Refund.
The management has authority to cancel the booking due to the following reasons: + No Show + No -Response from the guest (Mail/Phone).
